Solid Gold gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or ordered in stores for delivery for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

• Returns of swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates will only be accepted with the original tags and protective liners intact.

• Beauty products must be returned in new condition.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all vintage items and items that have been altered are final sale.


Orders shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Solid Gold in Austin, Texas

Return shipping is $7.50 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Can I change/edit my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Unfortunately, we can't promise changes to an order once it's placed, but please email us right away if you have concerns and we may be able to fix it!
