The flavor that kicked it all off! We came up empty-handed in our search for grain- and gluten-free granola that was light and crunchy but not sticky and overly sugary from dates, honey or other natural sweeteners. So, we made it ourselves.
This blend of nuts and coconut flakes is barely sweetened with a kiss of small-batch Vermont maple syrup. The natural sweetness of our ingredients is enhanced with award-winning Heilala double-fold vanilla extract, Vietnamese cinnamon, and hand-toasted cardamom seed. We then roast our small batches low and slow, hand mixing throughout the baking process, to create our satisfying, crunchy clusters.
