Bee's Knees Honey Cocktail
Ok, the name gives it away. This beverage is truly the bee’s knees.The greatest. The best. Bee’s Knees dates all the way back to Prohibition, and, nearly 100 years later, it has lasted and charmed its way through the century. It’s a classic cocktail for a reason, but it doesn’t always get its due.
Ingredients:
1/4 (2 oz.) Revolution Austin Reserve Gin
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime lemon or lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Texas Honey Blossom Margarita
Honey and grapefruit steal the show in this delicious citrusy drink.
Ingredients:
2 oz Desert Door Sotol
1 oz lime juice
1 oz orange blossom honey water
Splash of grapefruit juice
GARNISH: orange + lime
1 oz lime juice
1 oz orange blossom honey water
Splash of grapefruit juice
GARNISH: orange + lime
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Enjoy!

Wildflower Honey Punch
Sip on this punch made with Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Bourbon and locally sourced honey while enjoying your summer days!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Bourbon
0.5 oz Finest Call White Sangria
0.5 oz wildflower honey water
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
Dash of bitters
0.5 oz Finest Call White Sangria
0.5 oz wildflower honey water
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
Dash of bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (except the bitters). Shake until chilled. Strain and garnish with lemon slice and top with bitters.

Honey Blackberry Mint Mocktails
For all our soon to be mama's (aka, our beloved Jackie❤️) this mocktail is perfect for sitting on the porch in the warm summertime weather, enjoying life. Perfect for parties as a non-alcoholic option.
Ingredients:
8 fresh blackberries plus more for garnish
2 oz 1/4 cup honey
a handful fresh mint leaves about 10, plus more for garnish
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
2 cups seltzer
2 oz 1/4 cup honey

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the blackberries, honey, and mint until very well blended. Add the lemon juice and water, cover, and shake to mix.Strain the mixture into two glasses with ice.Top each glass with 1 cup of seltzer.Garnish with blackberries and mint leaves
